Boutique Cafe - Herne Bay
The original Cafe opened in June 2022 as a community cafe serving hot and cold food. The first Clothes rail that would later become the award winning Freeshop was placed outside this cafe on the high street in Herne Bay. The Cafe was re-launched as a Boutique Store and Cafe in summer 2025 to still include tables and chairs for sandwiches , cakes , snacks and hot and cold drinks but also the addition of clothing rails , Jewellery displays , shelving for collectables toys and games. The Boutique sells donated items which are either new or rare.
All proceeds from the Boutique cafe go towards feeding those in need in our community. The cafe remains a very special place for our charity. There are also meeting and office rooms available to rent at reasonable prices. Anyone interested should contact Ionela at office@mayas.org.uk
