Every year we carry out an Impact Study of our activities.  This started with volunteers carrying out questionnaires in the freeshop and monitoring activity (such as visitors coming to the freeshop / number of bags of donations etc).  We would repeat this several times , calculate an average and then extrapolate the figures to give annual statistics.

We also get statistics from both Neighbourly and Fareshare which calculate meal equivalent and CO2 savings on food redistributed.
